The receptionist were very clear and formal. Very clean and minimalistic. Everything was clean and smelled nice.

It was a very nice clean and quiet place to rest after being in busy Tokyo all day. The showers were very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was always very silent in the sleeping area so falling asleep was very easy.

At first I thought the capsule hotel would be uncomfortable for my stay, but I really enjoyed the experience. The bed wasn't too small, I didn't feel like suffocating inside the capsule. The pyjamas were comfy. The interior design was cool. I liked that the bathroom floor had everything I needed. The location of the hotel was perfect and the staff were really helpful. I also loved that it's only for women.

• With the rules like "don't take the luggage to the sleeping area", it's indeed quieter comparing with some other hostels. • The shower area is quite clean, and you'll have enough space to place your clothes or other stuffs while taking a shower.

Myself and my 14y daughter stayed here as we wanted to experience a capsule motel while visiting Japan! The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We found the capsules to be more comfortable than expected and weren’t too bothered by noises from others arriving throughout the night. Definitely great value for money and we would highly recommend 9h nine hours woman Kanda, being women only made the space feel very comfortable, thank you!
